Tempestuous Wednesday...

Timed my lunch break just right today with Hawker Tempest II MW763 being extracted from H2N. Also present Spitfire MkV EE602...
Spitfires PV202 and N3200 landed as I commenced my nosebag...
Had to head back to work before the Tempest had an engine run (or not...)

Windy Wednesday...

With the airfield windsock horizontal I was surprised to see the Lysander taking off as I rounded the corner of H2. 

Some other warbirds were hunkering down from the gusts...

A little shuffleage...
