DeleteIf "Unknown" is the "Painter Man", I started watching an Air Ministry film yesterday, from the late 40's/1950, about the importance of good paint finishes on RAF aircraft….
It's 'The Purist' and its coming up as 'anonymous' because I've come away/deleted all my blogs due to hacking and it included me getting rid of 'Blogger'and that is maybe why its coming up as anonymous and I got rid of Google plus also.

Only watched one reel (out of 3) so not sure if it is worth 'buying'. Probably won't ever see the inside of the IWM shop - you'd have to request a digital copy of it and buy it that way.
DeleteWell that's fair enough, I cannot complain about that, at least we 'Joe Public' get the chance to have a crack at obtaining a copy. Now I've walked away from running after warbirds, I've now taken to watching all these DVDs I've bought over the years. Of course when I first started collecting videos off the stalls, I like most had no idea this thing called the internet was going to make loads of stuff available to everyone.
